Using the Windows Clipboard

When you switch from another app to One Commander and there is something in the Clipboard, a notification appears in the Notification Pane offering the following possibilities:

  • The Clipboard contains a new Path: If there is not already a Tab open for that path, a notification appears offering Ctrl+Shift+T to open this path in a new Tab in the current Browser.
  • The Clipboard contains text or a bitmap: The notification offers Ctrl+V to create a new .txt or .png file containing the text or bitmap, in the Current Folder. The file name shows the date and time of the file creation (e.g. "xxxxx"). If you don't want these notifications, you can turn them off in Settings > Advanced.
